WHAT IF I WANT SOMETHING THAT I DON'T SEE IN THE SHOP?
Each panel is packed with reinforced wood or cardboard to stabilize your art with plenty of corrugated paper to ensure your glass arrives safely. If an item is damaged in transit, a refund will be sent once the item is shipped back to MKB Glass.

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?
Yes! Gifts cards never expire and can be in any amount. Visit the shop to choose the right option for you.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
MKB Glass accepts all major credit cards in the online store. If you’re local to Austin, feel free to contact us to arrange for pick-ups, if preferred. Other payment options are available in person including cash, Venmo, and PayPal.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN AN ITEM OR GET A REFUND?
If not fully satisfied with an item, a refund will be issued when the item is returned to MKB Glass.
We pack each item very carefully, but we understand that accidents can happen! Refunds for custom orders will be provided if an item is damaged in transit.
DOES MKB OFFER WARRANTY?
At this time, MKB Glass does not offer warranty for any products.
